Shipping Policy


Free tracked registered shipping worldwide. We dispatch orders, to all destinations, within 1-2 business days of payment being received.  Delivery is approximately 6-10 business days to most destinations. Your Tracking Number will enable you to track and monitor the journey of your package online.  If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a Notice Card will be left at your address, or in your mailbox, with easy instructions on how to reschedule another delivery or collect from your local Post Office.  


We have been following the recommendations outlined by the government and World Health Organisation since the beginning of Covid and continue to monitor updates.  There are currently no specific postal delays although some regions still report some minor interruptions to postal services during busy times. We ensure your jewelry is made with the same utmost love and care as always and that your parcel arrives safely and securely and as fast as possible.

Your item will arrive in pristine condition and well packaged. However we are always happy to accept a return of goods providing the item is returned to us unused, in the original packaging, within 30 days from date of delivery. If you wish to return your item, please notify us by email or by phone and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that earrings for pierced ears though cannot be returned due to Health & Hygiene Standards. Items returned to us for refund or replacement must be returned to us in perfect unused condition in the original packaging.


We accept payments by credit card and debit card. All credit and debit card payments are processed through PayPal. Please note you do not need your own PayPal account in order to make a payment by card.
