If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a Notice Card will be left at your address, or in your mailbox, with easy instructions on how to reschedule another delivery or collect from your local Post Office. If you need it extra fast, contact us for EMS Express rates to your destination. EMS offers a 2-3 business day service to main destinations worldwide although EMS is likely to be affected with some delays due to the Coronavirus at this time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your item will arrive in pristine condition and well packaged. However we are always happy to accept a return of goods providing the item is returned to us unused, in the original packaging, within 30 days from date of delivery. If you wish to return your item, please notify us by email or by phone and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that earrings for pierced ears though cannot be returned due to Health & Hygiene Standards. Items returned to us for refund or replacement must be returned to us in perfect unused condition in the original packaging.
