FREE TRACKED DELIVERY WORLDWIDE

Free tracked registered shipping worldwide. We dispatch orders, to all destinations, usually within 1-3 business days of payment being received.  Delivery is approximately 8-10 business days to most destinations, excluding Public Holidays.  Your Tracking Number will enable you to track and monitor the journey of your package online.    If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a Notice Card will be left at your address, or in your mailbox, with easy instructions on how to reschedule another delivery or collect from your local Post Office.

We are always happy to receive Custom Orders.  If you are looking for something not listed, or to customize something that is, please contact us so we can make your order extra special.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your item will arrive in pristine condition and well packaged. However we are always happy to accept a return of goods providing the item is returned to us unused, in the original packaging, within 30 days from date of delivery. If you wish to return your item, please notify us by email or by phone and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that earrings for pierced ears though cannot be returned due to Health & Hygiene Standards. Items returned to us for refund or replacement must be returned to us in perfect unused condition in the original packaging.

PAYMENT/SECURE SERVER

We accept payments by credit card and debit card. All credit and debit card payments are processed through PayPal. Please note you do not need your own PayPal account in order to make a payment by card.
